By utilising the services of SK Luxury Tours, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Our priority is to deliver premium transportation with transparency and mutual trust.

Article 1: Reservations

1.1 Reservations

Reservations can be made through our online request-a-quote form, by emailing info@skluxurytours.com, or via WhatsApp.

1.2 Confirmation

SK Luxury Tours will confirm your booking via email.

1.3 Prepayment Required

Reservations are considered valid only after the prepayment is received.

1.4 Vehicle Availability

For sedans and minivans:

  • Bookings made a minimum of 48 hours before departure guarantee availability for Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport pick-ups.
  • Reservations within 48 hours are handled on a best-effort basis. If unavailable, the booking will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If the requested vehicle is unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative. If we cannot reach you, we will provide transportation using the alternative vehicle.

1.5 Changes to Reservations

For sedans and minivans:

  • Changes made at least 7 days before pick-up are free of charge.
  • Changes within 7 days may incur additional fees.

For the Maybach, midi buses, and coaches:

  • Changes made at least 23 days before pick-up are free of charge.
  • Changes within 23 days may incur additional fees.

Article 2: Liability

2.1 Client Responsibility

The tenant assumes responsibility for themselves and their accompanying party.

2.2 Vehicle Damage

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the tenant.

2.3 Smoking and Drug Use

Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited within our vehicles.

2.4 Food and Beverages

Consumption of personal food or beverages is not permitted.

2.5 Cleaning Fees

If a passenger becomes ill and causes damage, we reserve the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of €250 plus any resulting income loss.

Article 3: Arrival Instructions

3.1 Airport Pick-up

Keep your phone switched on after landing. Our chauffeur will send you a text message with the meeting point.

3.2 Contact Information

If you are unable to locate our chauffeur and cannot reach them by phone, please contact SK Luxury Tours immediately.

3.3 Flight Delays

Please notify us promptly of any flight delays. Delays of up to 5 hours incur no additional costs; delays exceeding 5 hours will incur a minimum fee of €75.

3.4 Flight Changes

Any changes to your flight number or date within 48 hours of the original departure are non-refundable and must be communicated immediately.

Article 4: Transfers

4.1 Service Area

Our rates apply exclusively to transfers with pick-up or drop-off addresses within Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport.

4.2 Additional Charges

Addresses outside Amsterdam or Schiphol incur additional charges for extra kilometres and travel time.

4.3 Additional Stops

Additional stops cost a minimum of €50, depending on the vehicle and the duration of the stop.

Article 5: Waiting Time

5.1 Airport Pick-ups

International and European flights include 70 minutes of complimentary waiting time; after that a minimum fee of €50 applies depending on the waiting time.

5.2 City Transfers

City transfers or departures to the airport include 15 minutes of free waiting time; thereafter a minimum fee of €30 applies depending on the waiting time.

Article 6: Hourly / As Directed

6.1 Minimum Duration

A minimum of 3 hours applies, calculated from departure at our Amsterdam garage until return.

6.2 Kilometre Allowance

Each hour includes 30 kilometres free of charge. Additional kilometres are billed according to the vehicle type.

6.3 Return Charges

If the service ends outside Amsterdam or Schiphol we charge for the kilometres and time required to return.

Article 7: Force Majeure

7.1 Unforeseeable Circumstances

We are not liable for delays, alterations, or cancellations caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as third-party accidents, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, police checkpoints, terrorism, extreme weather, or system failures.

7.2 Subcontractors

SK Luxury Tours is not responsible for errors made by subcontractors.

7.3 Non-refundable Costs

Costs resulting from cancellations due to force majeure are non-refundable.

Article 8: Lost Property

SK Luxury Tours is not responsible for lost items left in our vehicles.

Article 9: Cancellations

9.1 Cancellation Fees for Maybach, Midi Buses, and Coaches

  • No cancellation fee when cancelling 23 days or more before pick-up.
  • 50% cancellation fee when cancelling 14–23 days before pick-up.
  • 75% cancellation fee when cancelling 3–14 days before pick-up.
  • 100% cancellation fee when cancelling within 3 days of pick-up.

9.2 Non-refundable Items

Entrance tickets or other services purchased in advance on your behalf are non-refundable.

9.3 Driver Expenses

Overnight stays booked in advance for the driver are non-refundable.

9.4 Cancellation Notification

Cancellations are valid once SK Luxury Tours receives a written cancellation by email.

9.5 Company Cancellations

SK Luxury Tours may cancel a reservation due to reservation system errors or force majeure without penalty. Paid amounts will be refunded up to the amount of the reservation.

9.6 Handling Fee

Refunds are processed minus a 3% handling fee.

Article 10: No Show Policy

10.1 No Show Charges

In the event of a no show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged with no refund.

10.2 Airport Pick-up No Show

For airport pick-ups we charge a no-show fee 15 minutes after baggage handling if you are not at the arrivals hall.

10.3 City Transfer No Show

For city transfers the no-show fee applies 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time if you are not present at the pick-up address.

Article 11: Discount Codes

11.1 Validity

Discount codes are valid only for the specific services approved by SK Luxury Tours.

11.2 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel the booking in cases of fraud.

Article 12: Vehicles

12.1 Vehicle Monitoring

Our vehicles are continuously monitored to prevent potential breakdowns.

12.2 Breakdown Procedures

If a breakdown occurs and the vehicle cannot continue, we will arrange for another vehicle or compensate you for the remainder of the ride.

12.3 Vehicle Standards

We provide Mercedes vehicles as standard. If unavailable, a vehicle equivalent to a Mercedes will be supplied.

Article 13: Rates

13.1 Included Services

Our rates include all local taxes, meet & greet airport service, onboard Wi-Fi, and bottled water (excluding 9% VAT).

13.2 Excluded Costs

We do not charge administration fees, parking fees, fuel surcharges, gratuities, or state sales taxes.

13.3 Parking Costs

Parking costs for Sprinters and touring coaches may be charged separately.

13.4 Driver Expenses

Driver lunch, dinner, and overnight expenses apply for bookings of 8 hours or more and are billed separately.

13.5 Night Surcharge

A 15% night surcharge applies between 22:00 and 06:00.

Article 14: Payments

14.1 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, and iDEAL.

14.2 Bank Transfer

When paying by bank transfer, we require the full amount with no shared bank costs.

14.3 Additional Fees

Credit card payments incur an additional fee between 3% and 4%, depending on the country.

Article 15: On-time Guarantee

15.1 Guarantee

We offer a 100% on-time pickup guarantee.

15.2 Exceptions

  • Force majeure as defined in Article 7.
  • Bookings made by our partners for midi buses or coaches.

Article 16: Privacy

SK Luxury Tours complies with GDPR regulations and only processes the data necessary to deliver our services. We handle your information with care and do not sell it to third parties.

Article 17: Copyright

SK Luxury Tours does not grant permission to third parties to use or copy texts and/or photos from our website. Any unauthorised use will result in legal action.
